Whatever the size of your filing system, each individual file is now available upon request, so not only the filing box. This makes our solution unique! The filing system is completely automated and your files are protected and managed by a scanner system. Of course, we take the highest possible security requirements into consideration, meaning that only you have direct access to any file required, upon request. If required, your files can even be digitalized and stored both in a digital system and in paper form. Via a secured entry system, you can view your file from any location with Internet access, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

Depending on your wishes, we can take care of any filing requirements, from the storage alone to the direct availability of each document.
